2026 BUDGET & 2025 TAX RATE
THE CITY OF BUNKER HILL VILLAGE VOTED TO APPROVE THE 2025 TAX RATE OF $0.271 TO SUPPORT THE FISCAL YEAR 2026 BUDGET.
THE CITY OF BUNKER HILL VILLAGE ADOPTED A TAX RATE THAT WILL RAISE MORE TAXES FOR MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS THAN LAST YEAR'S TAX RATE.
THE TAX RATE WILL EFFECTIVELY BE RAISED BY 1.66 PERCENT AND WILL RAISE TAXES FOR
MAINTENANCE AND OPERATIONS ON A $100,000 HOME BY APPROXIMATELY ($0.92).

PROPOSED 2027 BUDGET & PROPOSED 2026 TAX RATE
The Memorial Villages Police Department serves Bunker Hill, Piney Point and Hunters Creek Villages. Our Village Fire Department serves six Memorial Villages (Bunker Hill, Hedwig, Hilshire, Hunters Creek, Piney Point and Spring Valley).
