 29\, 2016 from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Bunker Hill City Hall.&nbsp\;&nbsp\; T
 he City Council will&nbsp\;be in attendance at this meeting - see attached
 .\nThis is a 'come and go' format whereby you can learn about the recommen
 dations\, proposed projects\, and have an opportunity to visit with our Ci
 ty Council\, the Drainage Committee\,&nbsp\; staff and our consultants.\nT
 he City Council awarded a contract in January 2016 to update the City's Ma
 ster Drainage Plan.&nbsp\; The Master Drainage Plan is a technical report 
 that compiles our previous studies and history\; documents the latest seve
 re rain events\;&nbsp\; outlines criteria and desired outcomes\; and indic
 ates areas of concern city wide.&nbsp\; The City's Drainage Committee has 
 been charged with overseeing this project and has been meeting monthly to 
 guide the process.&nbsp\; Many thanks goes out to the committee\, all resi
 dents who have attended various meetings and shared information as well as
  all residents who allowed the City to survey their properties.\nWe welcom
 e our residents to come in and gain an understanding of the City's next 10
  year plan to address drainage concerns in our City.\nWe look forward to s
